I havent signed, nor has my partner. I think I will contact them just to clarify that we will be keeping with the original T&Cs from PJG.

I will indeed recovering!

I initially spoke to them about the savings account stuff, and was told ISA's were the only thing not allowed, but others told different!

No one has spoke to my husband or I about changes in the t&c's, only a letter which we have not responded to yet.

We want to offer a F&F and get out- cannot be doing with the stress- its making my hair fall out and my husband and i depressed and ill.

I bit the bullet yesterday and spoke to my parents. Never done anything as hard as that in my life.

Unfortunately they can only do it as a loan which they have offered to apply for, as every penny is tied up in investments for the next few years.

I am hoping that creditfix will confirm what is owed in remaining payments and plan a meeting to get it pushed.

Feel sick with worry about what to do if they say it is too low :(

Worth a shot x well done you for speakingbto family. My parents know but in a very difficult financial state themselves so cant help at all. My hubbys mum doesnt know although shes probably our best bet to help us as has the means. We wanted to sort this out ourselves though. Hubby reluctant to tell her but we'll see how things go. Good luck with CF.

rang credifix in December to tell them about a pay rise and that I wouldn't be signing the forms.
they went on to say that ppi could hold up completion. stuck to my guns and told them I already done all ppi before I started iva.

1 week later get an email to say new i&e been looked at and no changes to payments were needed.
this despite me not doing a new i&e or sending any payslips/bank statements.
my annual review was due in October with pjg but it was never done.
all in all ive had no problems with them so far although since this savings issue ive never been able to get through on phone and strangely it goes to voicemail saying the office is closed no matter when i ring.
