hi guys just thought id let you know how my creditors voted bit of a odd mix...
lloyds tsb - yes to overdraft / credit card and loan totalling £11,000
hsbc - yes to credit card totalling - £3600
next- yes t0 £980
mbna - yes to £3000

egg- no £400
barclaycard sold the debt to eversheds - no £390

cahoot £3600 - DIDNT VOTE

i found it crazy that my big creditors that i was so worried about voted for the iva and two small creditors said no! i jsyt scrapped through with 79.6% phew my first payment is on 4th august good luck to everyone out there going for an iva its taken a huge weight of my shoulders xxx

It's a great feeling when you have made that first payment.

Lloyds TSB were one of mine and voted no! Only RBS voted yes, and the rest (Barclaycard, HSBC, GE Capital) didn't bother! Funny how it changes from person to person.
