Just had the comfirmation through about my IVA approval.
Out of 16 creditors only 2 voted for my husband and 3 for me. They were Egg and Capitol One (accepted Husband) and Morgan Stanley, Egg and Empire Stores (accepted myself). There were no rejections but MBNA, Tesco personal finance, Barclaycard, Natwest, Barclays Bank and HSBC (even though I had >25% of my debt with them) did not vote. Hopefull everyhting will run smoothly now, still receiving calls from Mercers (barclaycard) though.

This is extremely interesting Louise - how much notice did your IP actually give of this creditors meeting? Very unusual that HSBC and Tesco did not vote.

Proposal date was 6th June, creditors meeting 2nd July, HSBC wrote to me 20th June freezing my accounts because of IVA so they definately knew about it, can't say for Tesco thought but they also held >25% of my debt.
