My Chaairmans Report turned up this morning so as promised this is how everyone voted. The offer was 37p in the £ F&F no modifications.

Did not vote
Amex
Shell Visa
Three mobile,

Against
Amex (blue card)
Capital 1 (voted yes with modifications which were rejected)

For proposal
Citi cards
EGG Cards x2
Morgan Stanley (Goldfish)
HBOS
Barclaycard
Sainsburys cards
Marbles (HFC)
M&S (HSBC)
MBNA (MAX Recovery)
Natwest loan
Natwest CC
Its strange I have had more calls from Barclaycard and Natwest since the IVA was approved then I did before hand. Have just been given my 30 days notice of account been closed from Natwest. Sad to leave in a way they as have been a very good bank to me over the years.

Hi whichwaynow,

Thanks for posting the chairmans report! It's very interesting to see the creditors behaviour. I wish you all the best.

Regards,

Sadly I was not told what the Capital 1 mods were. The only two things I agreed to was the windfall clause so that I must give any unexpected money over £500 to my IP for the next 9 months also my offer MUST be 37p in the £ so if after interest and late payment fees it is not 37p in the £ then my IP must cut some of their fees to make it up.

That's strange - you have rejected modifications that you were not told about! How does that happen?

The amount I owed Capital one was quite small compaired to most of my creditors and my IP said that they could lose Capital 1s vote with out affecting the outcome So there was no reason to look at them.
