Yeah it would be from my husband but as usual I am the organiser lol.
Have you heard of Bridgewood Debt Solutions. They would charge £15pcm which is better than £35

I haven't personally but see they have a website, are there any reviews for them?

I'm the organiser too and fully appreciate we have to do these things x

I have just looked at another one Brightoak and requested a ringback from them, as they actually mentioned moving DMP companies rather than new DMP customers completely x

Andrew Graveson of Brightoak does post on the forum so they do come highly recommended.

Will be worth a chat there, do let us know how it goes won't you? x

Ok thanks Lesley I will. I have spoke to one of the creditors this morning and they seem to think that I may be charged a fee for leaving the current dmp firm so to speak to cccs or payplan. Nothing is ever straight forward x

You won't be charged a fee for changing at all. The creditor won't have a clue.

Give Brightoak a ring.

Have a look at www.debthelpcharity.com which gives you sample letters you can send to your creditors in makimg an offer of ongoing payment to them. If creditors can see that they will get higher payments by accepting your offer directly, I am sure that they would be supportive.

I am going to go with Bridgewood Debt Solutions at £15pm which leaves me with an extra £20 to pay to the 3 creditors. I see that Bridgewood post on this forum :)

Can't think who Bridgewood are right now but if you've more for the creditors so long as they're giving you a good service it has to be good. All the best x

No-one got back to me from Brightoak and their fees are £25pcm, and spoke to Bridgewood for quite a while yesterday and the transfer should run smoothly x
