Hi
My partners wages have went up as he now has a full time ob so I informed tax credits and they reduced by £10 per week. My IVA company have advised they will do an interim review so I just need to send them in all the info as I needed an extra allowance for petrol.
After this, it means we now have an extra £174 left per month. Will they want to take all of this or will we get to keep part of it? thanks

It would depend on your IVA agreement but likely to be a on 10/50/50 rule so you may be expected to pay around £80 more but if this is being treated as an interim review and you feel the other costs have gone up you should uplift them which could reduce that.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
