hi all,

had our 6 month review and everything seems good, received additional monies of around £30 so need to pay that over to be all square for the past 6 months.

we have received new statements from a couple of our suppliers eg water/gas/elec with reductions to the amounts that are originally included within our I&E. Do we need to report these reductions to our IP/relationship manager?????

Thanks,

Katie

Hi,

Any changes in income and expenditure do need to be sent to your IP - it may well be that they won't want to know until your next review but always best to make sure.

thanks,

I have just reviewed our I&E now compared to the original which our IVA payments have been based and we are around £77 worse off.

Will send an email over to our relationship manager on Monday to see where we stand.

If they are only small reductions, personally I would not bother. Why do you feel that you are £77 worse off if the utility bills have come in lower?

Only gave half the picture sorry, we have had increases in some bills and slight decreases in others. We have also had a reduction in our income.

I have looked at the original I&E and when I compare our adjusted monthly income against adjusted expenses we have around £77 left over, we are currently paying double this into our IVA.

Things are starting to get a little tight so will contact relationship manager and see what she says.

Hope your relationship manager looks at your revised i&e and things get a little easier for you x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
