3 months in to IVA and daughter has moved out and gone to live with her father, therefore half my child benefit has now gone and also no doubt he will go to CSA for maintenance, what happens then?

Hi baz

I assume that this is going to affect your ability to maintain your payments, especially if your former partner was paying you maintenance which will now cease.

All you can do is tell your IP about the difficulties you are encountering and see what he/she can suggest. Can you tell us what effect this change is likely to have on your finances.

he wasnt paying me any maintenance for her at all (never did)
