Hi, I am 26 years old, and started my IVA March 2007. I had 28K worth of debt when i started and pay £285 a month with clearstart. My salary is less than £1,000 a month. When i started the IVA my main expenses were rent while i was living with my parents. Since starting my IVA i have become pregnant and am currently 6 months. My review should be a month before the baby is due. I am with a partner, and will be moving into his house, which i will also pay rent. I am taking maternity leave, of which i recieve about £112.oo per week plus child benefit. I am planning on going back to work in 9 months time, however this may not be full time, therefore there will be a reduction in salary. Can anyone tell me where i stand. Should i inform Clearstart now? or wait until my review? also will they give me a reduction on the amount i pay, as on maternity leave, including child benefit, i will only receive about £550.00 a month, so more than half would go to IVA, how will i support a child. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Speak with Clearstart now and explain the situation.
They can arrange a variation meeting to reduce/stop your payments whilst you are on maternity and also for reduced payments for when you return to work if your income drops.
Also let them know how moving in with your partner affects your disposible income.
