what a suprise i have no alternative but to make the additional payments they are asking for if i declare myself bankrupt i am putting myself in a worse place than i am at the moment, i think the only alternative i have is a threat to take the case to the ip regulatory authority, and see if they then decide to change ther minds, not saying they will, but i did send e-mails direct to the 2 practioneers who are working at blair so i am assuming that the discussion i had today came through them, it seems you are left between a rock and a hard place, make the additonal payments or go bankrupt and stitch youself up further, unfortunately blair are starting to give IVA's a bad name !!!!!!!

Why not try a call to Paul Johns of Reviva who can act as mediator between you and your IP to see if a sensible settlement can be found. Sometimes, when an IP sees his/her client has engaged the services of another professional firm, this can lead them to take the issue a little more seriously.
