It is impossible for me to give you advice on the forum I am afraid. The forum is for queries of a general nature and not specific. There are lots of banks who will allow you to have an account - have you tried the Co-op Cashminder or Think Banking which was set up specifically for people in personal insolvencies?

Hi Barry, I have just completed my IVA with SPW and have had no such problems, they have always been very efficient and understanding. During the course of my IVA there have been two variation meetings which the IP organised due to changes in my circumstances, first one due because the originally agreed proposal ( with modifications ) was not sustainable. I know that they are a small firm so I would presume the Supervisor is the same person I had, along with the admin staff, although I have never dealt with "Moz".
