Your IP will have lodged form RX1 (which you will have signed) at H M Land Registry, which effectively stops you from selling your property without their prior knowledge. This is quite normal, and will be removed once the IVA has concluded.

As Black Horse were already secured, I am unclear why they were included in your IVA in the first place?

Did Blackhorse get a CCJ against you and then a Charging Order?

As Ian says, it may be that the charge was present at the time your IVA was finalised, but I am sure that your IP would have been aware of this.

If there was not a CCJ against you for this debt prior to your IVA, I would contact your IP and let them know and let them deal with it.
