You may find that this is just a charge that the bank has put on. I would either speak to them yourelf to find out, or speak to your IP. If the account is covered by your IVA, they shouln't be doing this.

I take that you mean it was your monthly payment for your credit card?

It will be included, but if you still have this account open, then cancel any direct debits that are on there to pay credit cards so that it doesn't happen again.

these are not direct debts payments, its because its the same bank as my credit cards so they take it out themselves when i dont make a paymentds .have now sent copys of there letters and statements to my post app team. informed my bank re the overdraft account that im on an iva so hopfully they wont let them take any more payments i hoping anyway. i also hoping that my post apps team will sort out the credit cards by makesure they have all the details of the iva

Right, I'm with it now I think.

These payments should not have been taken out of the bank. It's rather like my HSBC loan, they used to do the same thing.

The bank should have been informed of your IVA, as should the credit card people. Your IP needs to speak to them and tell them of this. Don't worry about the payments as they will be covered by your IVA.
