i wrote to dhss to inform them i had a broader they stoped my income support i phoned them they said they were waiting for more information from me thow they had nt wrote to tell me this because off this i went over drawn and was charged nearly 100 pound plus virgin charged me for a late payment the following month i was charged again dew to this money coming out ive had to ask for a loan from d h s s but it was nt my fault is there any thing i can do please help thankyou

You could speak or write to your bank and ask them to refund the charges,it's simply appalling how they can charge so mucj in a short time.
The DHSS mayalso help if you speak with someone face to face
