i am in process of an iva a creditor has applied for a county court order and a further application for a charging order against my property seems strange as i rent it any idea whats happening

If you don't own the property - seems like the creditor has not done their homework correctly.

They are probably threatening a charging order. Nothing that they can do if you do not own the property.
What stage are you at with the IVA ?

phoned them up seems letter was sent out in error said they would deal with third party take that to me my new iva thanks all
