As you will probably know I was declared bankrupt on Friday and today I received a notice of application to register a restriction against the land. This is from the Land Registry and it is regarding the NR charging order which I returned to NR not completed and I told them I was filing for BR. I just wondered if anyone can give any advice if this affects the equity in our house. A family member is going to pay my share of the equity so that we don't lose our house and I just wondered if the charging order makes any difference.
