With the low interest rates at the moment if I was to renew my mortgage with the same provider ie Natwest are the savings captured under the IVA.

If you are making savings then I imagine it will affect your payments.

Generally, more disposable income at review time (and sometimes before) results in higher payments.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
