Glad you had a good holiday. You certainly sound nice and relaxed.

Can you send me your contact details via my website for the trip to Birmingham in November. I suggest that we go up in the afternoon, and if Alun can drop you off say at J33 services that is not far from where I live. We'll make better arrangements nearer the time.
If anyone else from South Wales needs a lift - just give me a call.
So sorry to hear your sad news Julie. It is amazing just how lonely one can sometimes feel in a crowded room ... quite often people who commit suicide are surrounded by a loving family.
It is, though, the ultimate act of autonomy and if we take choice away from people we are denying them that autonomy. Old people often take to their bed and refuse to eat and drink and so fade away ... a younger person needs to take more drastic action when they want 'out'.
I have taken services for an above average amount of suicides over the past few months ... I am convinced that the economic gloom is playing some part [:(]
Julie, I'm glad you had a lovely holiday but I'm so sorry about your news. That's a real tragedy. I'm thinking of you and please pass on my condolences to your husband and his family. X
I'm sorry to hear your news Julie, you must both be devastated. My thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear about your news. I know how you feel, my cousin done the same last year, he was only 29 and it certainly made me put my life into perspective. It made me realise life is far too short, so a month afterwards I took out my IVA and got my life sorted!
Thanks for all your kind words. The funeral was very emotional as you can imagine. My poor mum in law was in bits.. we just have to accept it was the only way he could deal with whatever was troubling him and at least he will be at peace now.
