Hi all.In a joint IVA with my wife,she has 2 children who reside with us permanently aged 17&19, I have 2 Children aged 12&17who have been stopping with us twice a week,(often more)thats what was agreed in courts then and also in regards to payments to CSA and what is written in the I&E info on the detailed report(now she has become more amicable and dropped CSA and I pay directly in to the kids accounts) however my 17 year old has been living with us since before Christmas(his Mum supported him as we dont have any spare cash!!),my 12 year old now also lives with us as his Mum and partner have moved from the area and he wanted to stay for School,friends etc.I paid £140 per month between the kids but have now stopped and my ex has agreed to give me the child benefit.I will speak to my IP to make them aware of this however will I be able to change my I&E as I dont believe there will be enough disposable income to take on an extra 2 people.The ex has said she would put money in their accounts but no figures have been given yet.I have calculated that C.B will equate to £146 per month plus my £140 comes to £286x12 divide by 52=£66 per week to feed,clothe/footwear,phone,hobbies&entertainment,dinner monies bus fares,laundry,pocket monies,giving me an headache this!!More than the kids do.Anyone else gon through this?

You circumstances have changed - so you should ask for an new I+E form ASAP.
Also worth explaining to your IP/IVA company the changes - so they are kept fully informed
