hi there,does anyone know if you have to declare child benefits into an iva?bareing in mind your expences go up when you have a child!thanks.

Yes - you will need to declare this as it forms part of your income.

Yes, you need todeclare everything. Income and expenditure, savings etc. It will help form your IVA.

Make sure you put down everything you spend - it can always be trimmed back. If you forget anything, it is much harder to get it included afterwards.
