At Christmas i usually get a bonus in my wages, approx £500 if i get more do i have to tell the IP? As for the past few years when i have done my income & Expenses nothing has been said about? Would this be classed as a windfall?
It is not a windfall, being work related, though some IP's might choose to treat it as such. In theory it should be dealt with under the 10% 50/50 rule, with around half going to creditors.
