Ooohh any particular kind of tattoo and whereabouts (If that's not a too personal question lol)

I have one on my inner left arm, is a Celtic kind of tribal pattern which was to cover up my ex-wife's name [:)]

I'm going with daughter Friday to have a tattoo. I've got two and they didn't hurt much, uncomfortable rather than pain.

I know when I'm there I'll want one but I also know I can't have one!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I'm planning on having another tattoo at some point - I'm thinking of a paw print, using a picture of Harry's paw. I've just got to decide where to have it!

On the subject of credit cards, I know a lot of people will have run them up this Christmas but there are also people who use the card and then pay it off in full. I did that this year (to get Nectar points) and my Uncle has always done it.

Buying larger goods on the card ( and paying off the balance in full, of course) also gives you the protection of the CC companies if owt should go pear shaped.

I am making no comment on the positioning of Harry's paw print :-)

That is true about credit cards. Hopefully not too many people get into debt this Xmas that they can't afford.

I expect a lot will Luke - I can only do it now as I learnt my lesson the hard way.

You're right Foggy, Harry's paw print is probably best left!

In a way I am glad I got into debt and had to have an IVA as it taught me to manage my money and learn the value of saving for something rather than using credit to buy stuff.

Above all it has made me the person I am today and I love who and where I am in my life!

Sounds like you're in a good place Luke, that is lovely to read.

Skippy try and get him to walk through some poster paint and you'll have a print to take with you. Lovely idea though. Daughter having some writing tomorrow that is meaningful to us but maybe not others. x

That's a good idea Lesley but I'm sure the little *** will then walk it all through the house!!! It's bad enough when he comes in from the garden we gave up cleaning the floor on Christmas Day!
