We're trying to do as much as we can on a budget this year as we're paying for the wedding next year so a lot of things will be paid for with vouchers and a couple of people will be getting vouchers that I've got from doing surveys instead of getting presents.

Great idea Struzzo. If only i had a husband that could cook. Where did you get yours from???[:D]. My husband is great at his work but not much else. Actually he cooked a lovely beef dinner (frozen yorkshires, but no matter)after i came out of hospital earlier this year. So he can cook really. Well a bit.
Buy everyone a pair of slippers. U could get those for under £10(primark. For those who dont wear slippers then if you do have a pondland near, you can get some lovely smellys, photo frames, candles and load other stuff. Or if you have both of those shops around, you could get both. Also for smellys, Boots is a good place for 3 for 2.

Similar to Struzzo's hubby, I make tins of Welsh Cakes (as all of my family are addicted to them). Breaks my heart to give them away though !!

I have some M&S vouchers and I have spent a bit on the website in the sale, that coupled with the vouchers for surveys means my Christmas is pretty much sorted.

Just got to renew Mum's magazine subscription, get daughter and her fiance something and a bottle for hubby and that's me done!!

I have bought the secret santa gift... a coffee mug with " she who must be obeyed on it" [:)] I know she will see the funny side [:D]

The local Littlewood clearance shop had a 20% discount day, so I have got a lot of activity items for 2 of my grandaughters. Sainsbury have a great toy sale and hubby has got great bargains for youngest grandaughter [:)]

Next step is to start wrapping - I only wrap the little one's gifts. Adults get gift bags, because I am useless at wrapping!!

That's a great secret santa pressie - I'd love it myself! There's loads of clearance shops on ebay so if anyone if stuck have a trawl through their site and something may pop out!

I've been gettting little bits for my niece and nephew as we always do a treasure hunt. Got 3 pressies each for the sum of £8! And they're good pressies. Shows what you can save when you have to.

I've been to Toys R us today with daughter and she bought all her 4 some things, I bought two of them something and then went onto Argos to get granddaughters and when I received it it was sellotaped up but took it anyway and for some reason asked hubby to open it and look at it and he did but it's obviously been sold before and returned as the seat of the buggy isn't in a plastic bag it's shoved in the box. I'm returning it tomorrow and want a brand new one! Second time that's happened to me. x

Oh that's bad Lesley!!

I'm trawling ebay as youngest grandaughter loves Thomas The Tank and I'm struggling to find things in the shops.

We've ordered calendars from Visatprint as well and I'm really pleased with them. Some people are getting Harry calendars and others are getting pictures of flowers that I've taken.
