An ideal drink for Christmas Eve when you have got the rug rats under lock and key ....

A hot, sweet chocolate-flavoured drink with a slight kick

Ingredients

1 pot of hot, freshly brewed coffee
2 sachets of hot chocolate (I use Cadbury's Options brand)
3 tablespoons of either brandy or whisky
Whipped cream for decoration
Cocoa powder

Preparation method

1. Pour the sachets of chocolate into the coffee and stir well to mix.
2. Add whisky or brandy.
3. Pour into Irish coffee glasses, or yer fave half pint mug[:D].
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.

I would recommend a slight variation on this:
At preparation point 2 -pour brandy into a separate glass
preparation point 6 - throw away the chocolaty stuff and drink the brandy

[:D][:D][:D]

Hubby says, do away with the brandy, have a large measure of single malt whisky and enjoy.

Me? I'll try anything if it's alcoholic and involves chocolate!
