has any one delt with sure start thats who cab have directed us too but no appoinment till 28th jan i think i going to give them a miss cant seem to find out who they are or what they do?

Do you mean sure start the local authority childcare service or is this another name for a debt company

thats all i could find on the web and phone book im sure if it was a debt company i would of heard of them as they say they are local to me been given no advice over phone or by letter just been told to attend a appointment with these people but dont want to if i dont know who they are or how they can help me its madness passing on all my details when i dont even know who they are plus its more waiting ?

positive got letter today have phoned them several times to find out info but they have said all they can do is forward me to these people called sure start who are local. i think with all there best intentions they have tryed to help but to wait a month for appointment and to be told they cant do anything over phone is no good for us i dont think because we need to get things moving now .thanks for all replys
