i have to say, it was very hard work, and difficult to maintain a 4 stone loss without attending a class,
but it gets expensive when 2 of you go, and lloyds tsb needed the money more than me, but, now our iva has gone through i can say, (blows loud raspberry), to lloyds tsb we are determined to go back, anyway, i have to go back, my speedos are a bit snug now, i look like a net of sprouts !.

Apart from all the weight machines being busy it was pretty good. So good in fact I'm thinking of going again tomorrow night! I undid all my good work though as I ended up with a fishfinger sandwich for tea as my stir fry went a bit wrong - I used rice noodles for the first time instead of egg noodles and they were disgusting. The problem was I boiled the noodles rather than put them in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes! In future when I buy something new I'll read the instructions! I hate cooking anyway! If it was left to me to do the cooking I would be thin!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I had my fish finger sarnie covered in ketchup, mmmm, I could eat it again! The weight loss forum sounds a good idea to me - I'll start a new post in the friends corner and I'll post my loss or gain after Weight Watchers next Monday. It won't be good - we've got friends round for dinner tomorrow and Saturday!

I couldn't live without my beloved ketchup - I even have it on my Christmas dinner much to everyone elses disgust! I'm going to post my weightloss / gain on the other thread in the hope that public humiliation might inspire me!

Shall I send you some of mine Sue?!? Seriously, have you been checked out by your doctor? If you are losing weight like that maybe you should talk to them.

Any "weighty" gifts will be gratefully received!!! Have had myself checked out but I am pretty healthy. Think its the stress of an IVA, fighting with the IP, all the driving with my job, (average 250 miles a day), road rage, attempting to roll a cigarette, text and drive all at the same time whilst ever watching to see if I am going to get caught!!!!!!! So no wonder I am losing weight!!!!

Its an exciting life I lead!

Sue
