I've just seen on the forum about dfd, if u were a client of them and say claimed ppi and your IVA has been closed for say over 4/5 years what would happen - this is just a scenario. Also I know ppi is seen as due to creditors how would that be dealt with if company in administration
It would be dealt with by the administrators and then by the IP the caseload eventually gets assigned to. A lot would depend upon the records retained by DFD and passed on. If your records were not available I would argue the PPI would be yours.
