My wife and I are currently within our IVA. We are clawing our way back and are trying to open a shop - is there ANY way we would be able to take credit cards as so far we are not having any luck with our current business bank. Is there anyone that you or anyone else could recommend ?

Hi bg and welcome to the forum

I assume that you mean you need the facility to take payments from your customers via credit card and that you don't need to take our credit yourselves? Have you tried all of the high street lenders who offer this facility, as this will be pretty successful to you opening a shop in today's world of plastic payment methods.

I remember when we started our shop and applied for merchant services facilities we had to have a credit check run on us.
