I received CC on 16/02/2017 my IVA completion date is 24/03/2017 I know the IVA will stay on the register till May but I have spoken with Experian and Equifax and they say it will drop off there file 24/03/2017 or a day or two later, will my credit score then start to rise or will that not happen till I come off the register in May.

You will need to make sure that any defaults are dated back to the start of the IVA.

I take it that it is a 6 year IVA. The IVA itself will not drop off the credit files until it has been reported to them as completed ( and is 6 years old). So it could take a little longer than they have said for paperwork and notifications to get about.

One of the defaults had wrong date on so I have written to them so hopefully they will change it, then after the 24th March will my credit score start to rise even though I am still on IVA register.
