I know David Mond personally, and can vouch for the fact that he takes each and every one of his client's concerns very seriously and will do everything in his power and within the law to deal with complaints appropriately. It is shame you are having difficulties contacting anyone at ClearDebt to help you now, but I am sure that a personal e-mail to David will do the trick - and I cannot see anything wrong in posting an e-mail address on the forum, as these are available on-line via the Insolvency Service website.

Heretoday - those sort of emails are fine, it's personal ones and those who tout for business that are not allowed.

I hope you get through to them - I've never had any problems getting them on the phone, I've called a few times even after 6pm and got straight through and the girls look up my details and have always answered my queries right away.

Maybe cause it's a holiday time or something but its not usual for Cleardebt as I've never had any issues.

Hi Tom,

Apologies, I've only just seen your message - I don't expect a call this evening! (although we are up!)

I'll forward you the e-mail I sent to Mike.

Many thanks for your message - I can see from this forum that this isn't normal service from Cleardebt, which somehow makes it more frustrating!!

Thanks :)
The end is in sight - months not years!

Looking forward to a brighter future for my children!

llamedos – thanks for the email. I have just sent you a response. I hope this is ok with you.

For the benefit of other forum members – it appears that the level of service provided to llamedos over the past few days has fallen well short of the standard we expect to provide. I’m glad to see from other posts that the problems experienced by llamedos are not the norm but I will review the internal processes of the Supervision department on Monday to ensure this never happens again

Thanks Tom - I have replied, and to repeat what I said in my e-mail, I can see from this forum that this doesn't appear to be your normal standard of service.

Had everyone have been saying "oh yes, they are terrible for service" I would be kicking up a right stink, but hopefully it has been a simple error.

You have already covered the main part of my query, for which I am grateful!

Now, stop working on a saturday night, have a glass of wine and relax!
The end is in sight - months not years!

Looking forward to a brighter future for my children!

Opps! What I should of made clear was that I always get through to someone in customer service when I ring which is helpful of course but if its after 6pm ive never been able to talk to the person that deals with my iva personally. Im told they have finished for the day but they will leave a message for them to call me tommorow :) sorry for not making that clear .

Evening all.

Landed a few hours ago, and back in to the swing in the morning. A few hours to catch up on e mails and I will be all yours again, should the need arise.

Very nice to see Tom on here too, he has huge experience of the industry and very well respected within it too I may add, so I am sure he will bring plenty to the table, as it were. David of course needs no introduction from me.

Regards.
