While I do not agree with his company’s stance on a number of things he is approachable and I hope to see more of him on this forum.
7 years after starting an IVA I finally received a completion certificate from ClearDebt

Heretoday - we try and be fair and constructive to all of our clients and if there are any issues which a member of my team is unable to deal with to your satisfaction then posters should approach me. However certain issues require a stance that cannot change but I would suggest is fair and appropriate to all stakeholders.
