Thankyou so much for your replies , my daughter is having a consultation on monday with her specialist (plastic surgeon) she was born with a congenital abnormality .Lighton, my daughters dla is included in our iva as income as well as her extra tax credits for her disability.DFD want proof ofher dla as well which i have already given 6 mths ago when we started our ivas. Her operation has not yet been confirmed, but she is looking at maybe a partial amputation of her foot.Which is why im very upset at the moment at Dfd are not helping .

Hope everything goes well monday.Nothing worse that having to watch your child suffer.Do make sure that your daughters dla and tax credits go towards her care in the iva.I really dont think we should have to say any more than that the money goes towards there extra care and we shouldnt have to justify any of it.

Good luck with everything Rachel, I really hope your daughter is ok as she is so much more important than DFD, your IVA or your creditors x
