I cannot contact my IP at Clearstart or anyother IP. Despite numerous messages being left for any supervisor to call me. Anyone else having any issues with Clearstart?

Hi Holly, if you look further down the postings - one from Caraf, I think it mentions that Clearstart is now DFD? May help? Kazzy x

Is there not also a direct list for e mailing every IP on iva.com.

You would think if your IVA was being moved someone would think to tell you, after all you pay them enough!!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Hey holly, I've posted this on your other thread. go to www.insolvency.gov.uk "Find an IP" put in your IP's name and you can get their email address. You can then email them direct. Viki X

Our IVA is with Clearstart who have been excellent with us, given us a very prompt and professional service.
But we have received a letter this morning advising that our IVA had been transferred to DFD. Not very happy about this. If I had known this 7 months ago I would have perhaps looked elsewhere. I wanted a small company to give a friendly personal service, not one of the largest companies going.

If you wanted a small company Caraf, why did you choose Clearstart?

Clearstart and DFD became one company last year - I think they are in the process of informing their customers . Your IVA conditions will not change, it will simply be DFD now dealing with it.

We are with DFD and have had no problems in the last year with them!

We only started our ivas in Jan 08. So surely they should have informed us then that they had merged to DFD.?

I would have thought so - the DFD address we use is Adlington - I bet it is the same address for Clearstart ?? Nothing to worry about as I say - all that will happen is DFD IP's will act on your behalf rather than Clearstart IP's - the principles and agreement in place cannot be changed without your consent and a variation to your creditors!
