Im paying for a service and i think its only common decency that Cleartstart or Dfd should get in touch with me . Im not running after them ,thats what im paying them for afterall.

I agree with you, but If I was as concerned as you appear to be then I would make the phone call to give myself piece of mind rather than getting more and more agitated by the lack of communication!

Possibly so luluj, You are proberly right , .Im just so fed up at the moment nothing seems to be going right and hasnt since we started our ivas. I think we are just doomed to failure. Thanks for your advice Rachelx

Obviously I'm having the same problem. Only reply I had was from a letter I sent and took Clearstart 4 weeks to reply to. They are crap!!

Hi
I emailed Clearstart on Saturday evening after receiving my letter transferring our IVA to DFD.
I received a reply within 12 hours, so as prompt as ever.
All Clearstarts IVA are being transferred to DFD.
