BTW most of my IVA team have previously worked for the Debt People. I would be incredibly pompous if I claimed to have got all the good ones [:D]

When I first saw the post about Clearstart being part of DFD I was a little nervous..however it isnt recent news. Doing a little search on Google, the first news of this I found was in the Daily Telegraph dated 27.06.2007 ! As my IVA was approved in November 2007, there shouldn't be any issues.

Hi
We are with Clearstart too. I havent heard anything from them either. When did all this happen ??
What are reviews like with DFD ? what sort of information do they require ?
What are they like to deal with and get the answers you require.
Clearstart have been very professional and great at answering questions so far. Send an email and get a reply withing 24 hours, brilliant what more can you ask for.

I wouldn't get unduly concerned about the things that are happening at the corporate level. It's a natural consequence of the previous unprecedented surge in IVA numbers which had to end at some time . Your responsibilities are contained in your proposals and Chairmans Reports and so long as you comply with those you will be OK.
