hi viki.w
just read nationwides new terms and conditions with most recent bank statement maybe my local branch got sick of me going in to take £23 or £18 out , but seriously thats the new regulation , and am thinking what about my son who might want to take£15 out from his savings account ? might be different for his account but its a nuisance and unfair i think

Obviously it's the banks cost cutting in some way but I can't see their customers being very happy with it, I wouldn't be.

Is your Nationwide a Flexaccount Elldina? If it is you can open an esavings account online. I know that's not much help if you can't draw your odd money out, but it might be worth thinking about in the meantime
