I am coming up to my second year review and my IP has changed the format from paper post to telephone. As I hate communicating on the phone at the best of times do you think I can ask for the review to revert to paper? Also, can anything be read into the fact that they have asked for a telephone review?
Thanks

Hi shu and welcome to the forum

I am sure that your IP will accomodate you if you explain to him/her the reasons for this. They are using the telephone to speed up the process - personally I prefer e-mail as there is always a permanent record of what was discussed and said.

Presumably they will ask me to send them at the end of the conversation. Can't see how that saves time though.

Hi shu and welcome,

Melanine is right

Send them your income/expenditure by email and also if got got a printer/scanner, scan you wage slips and save them, then attach them to the email
