Hi guy and welcome to the forum

Absolutely - there are no restrictions in acting as company officers under IVA proceedings - of course if you are declared bankrupty you cannot act as a company director until you are formally discharged.

Good morning guy,

Welcome to the forum.

In bankruptcy you are automatically banned from being a director. But in an IVA Directors can continue in office and do not have to resign.

In general an IVA is unlikely to affect your employment, unless you are authorised by a professional body, in which case you should seek their advice.

Kind regards,
