When we first applied for our IVA back in Nov/Dec 2009 i trawle dthe internet for ideas to cut back. My main one was shopping,Martin Lewis website told me about this one.

Its just like online shopping either at Tesco,Asda,Sainsburys od Ocada. But gives you chances to "swap and save" and "swap and cut" calories/fat/sugar!!!!!

Since using this, i now do my shopping online and write a list and go get it....so every week i know exactly how much i'm going to spend at the till!!!!!
