Hi kens

The only advice I could give would be to contact your IP direct and ask this as it will depend on the terms of your proposal.
You could also have a look at your proposal and chairmans report and check the terms, but to be sure contact your IP for clarification.

I hope your injury has healed ok now

Compensation for personal injury is an exempt asset under bankruptcy proceedings, and can also be expressly excluded from your IVA, however there is nothing stopping you offering the money to your creditors if you want to improve your chances of acceptnce.

Hi
Only your IP will be able to tell you.
Interestingly under bankruptcy your payout would be exempt and yours to keep.
Really should be the same in an IVA
