ok this might be a stupid question but want to check it out,recently applied for a iva creditors meeting a few days away,i had a nasty car crash a couple of years ago which led to having several operations,due yet another opon fri,i did tell iva company i was expecting compensation but wasnt aware of how much this would be yet has claim was still going through,thing is if im lucky enough to recieve more than what i owe will i have to pay them everyhing or just the amount the debt comes to and also would creditors recieve all that money or would iva company take sum out for handling it,sorry if its a stupid question,things pop into my head and panic sets in
