Hi
It has now been 23 months since my last scheduled IVA payment. My final review stated no extra funds were due into the IVA and my property has been excluded due to no equity.
Last year i received a chairman's statement which shows, no arrears,no variations due,no extensions due and that the IVA was pending closure, that was 11 months ago. I now want to start a formal complaint against GT and my IP and was wondering if there are any suitable template letters that i could use to help with the wording of my complaint.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

GT are a waste of time as far as communication is concerned.

After being told by someone in their Customer Service section a couple of weeks ago that I'd get a phone call back after I complained about the delay in receiving my Completion Certificate (just over 12 months from my final payment) I'm still waiting for that call.

I started a thread here a few days ago and got some good advice, and have decided that if Grant Thornton can't be bothered responding to my calls/emails, I'd complain through the government gateway about my IP.
