To anyone having difficulty regarding complaints or grievances with their IP or company. Try the Insolvency Practitioners Association website (think it has a certain notorious firms list of IPs' and thier email contacts) as well as many other names and details.
Also if no joy try the ICAEW website, they give a list of who to report an issue to.

go here first to discover which regulator governs your own IP:

http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/fip1/

Then read this:

If anyone is minded to make a complaint to their IPs regulatory body - please make sure you pick the right one otherwise you could be wasting your time.

There are 8 regulatory bodies which govern the licensing of IPs and the details of your own should appear on your IP firms standard letterhead, and also in their complaints procedure of which you should all have a copy.

In the absence of either that first link should point you in the right direction.
It is amazing that one of the largest firms in the industry has neither.

They do have a complaints policy Foggy, and if anyone does not have their own copy of this can I suggest that they contact Karol Wilson in the Client Services Department as a first point of call.
