Completed - but credit score went back down?

My 6 year long IVA finished in August. I have my completion certificate.

I checked my credit report in September and the IVA had dropped off, no defaulted credit accounts, the score was 805. Happy days.

I then rechecked a few days ago and the score has dropped back to 394, with the IVA showing that's 75 months old & all defaulted accounts are back on there.

Surely after the 6 year mark the IVA should no longer be showing and my credit should be clear? I have written an email to Experian but wanted some advice in the mean time.

Sounds like a glitch at the CRA. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.
