had my closure meeting on 24th april - all agreed as i have less than 5 % shared equity.
had issues with SDS before they sold my IVA to creditfix who where totally different, pleasure to deal with - any contact responded within 48 hours usually, my wife had to leave an ok paid job due to children moving school and working with another woman on a cleaning contract which wasn't worth the paper written on so earnings were limited but paid full payment for a year with SDS until I took a stand and reduced payments to a token amount and creditfix looked how much I had paid and equity and said enough is enough so agreed to complete.
emailed greg today asking when completion certificate would be coming through - he passed it on and replied again within 1 hour that would be here within 2 weeks.
so how long will it be now before it comes off credit report and the insolvency register ?[:D]
The IVA will come off the Insolvency Register within 3 months ( many are much faster than that). It will stay of credit files for 6 years from the start.
