I didn't have a ppi claim so the claim they forced me to make was purely just ok in case. I haven't received any confirmation from eic and from I was last told my claim is still pending. I was very annoyed with Eic as I only had ppi on a bank loan which I requested and claimed on for a few months when I I had back surgery in 2005 and they tried continuously to get me to say I had been missold it. I ended up demanding to speak to a supervisor. Apparently if you have a successful claim you are entitled to the interest tho. My creditors meeting was the mass variation meeting on May 23rd, the creditors have either 21 or 28 days to appeal this meeting so gt were very quick getting my documents out after this date. Apparently the 2nd mass variation is supposed to be pretty soon but you will need to ask them for more details. I made a nuisance of myself with phone calls and emails and had a solicitor write to them so they could not delay. Maybe email the gt expert on here and see what she says, it pushed them to at least give me some information. They have sent me a feedback form so I will be being very honest on it!
