I'm still waiting for my EIC disclaimer I was promised on Monday and I'm sure nothing will happen without that.

Fanfayre first of all! I agree with you just leave the the thing alone and wait six years is what I thought to. (two months to wait for me then I'll have a look at credit report)There's very little advice post CC I think a fact sheet on what to do next with the CC would be useful

Yes, it pains to see people making the same mistakes of maxing their credit cards - shame as they don't listen. Pains even more for closer family members who don't seem to comprehend the demands that IVA places on me.

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
