I would like to thank Karol at Grant Thornton for her help in pushing for my certificate of completion, I got to speak to her on Monday 12th March regarding the delay in closing my case ( final payment made June 2011 ) and she assured me it would be closed and certificate received within 5 to 10 days, the certificate arrived in the post today 17th March.
I have posted several threads regarding GT's poor customer services so feel it only fair to post a positive thread. I would advise anyone with GT waiting for closure should speak to Karol ( sorry for the extra work Karol ) and hopefully she will be able to help you as well.
Although another few months doesn't seem too long to wait after 5 years of an IVA that piece of paper saying you are released from all debts is the start of the future !!
Thanks again Karol @ GT.
That's excellent news mark - really pleased for you.
Well done to Karol as well.

Good news Mark - and good feedback for Karol - lets remember she only has one pair of hands and one mouth so don't all inundate her and expect miracles!!
