Our aim is to get your completion certificate to you as quickly as possible.

On average we’re currently able to issue completion certificates within 30 days once all lose ends have been tied up, however in some cases this can take a little longer.

We have advised that your completion certificate may take up to 4-6 weeks as we don’t want to give an unrealistic timeframe, however if things are straightforward then it may be that it arrives quicker than anticipated.

I hope this does not spoil your happy occasion, and hopefully will give you something else to celebrate in the coming weeks.

We are expecting ours any day, last payment made june 2011, finalised in August 2011. Had an update earlier this week that final payments can take a week to sort out then the other paperwork and stuff needs doing so hopefully about bank holiday weekend we may be celebrating
ITS OVER WE ARE FINALLY DEBT FREE, CERTIFICATE ARRIVED

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
