Hi all

Received my certificate of completion yesterday can I dare to believe it really is all over?

I have the report and confirmation that the insolvency service will be contacted. Credit report for some reason never showed the IVA so all good there. Is there anything else I need from the IP or is my long protracted and at times unpleasant relationship with them now over. I do fear that at any time in the future they could pop back out of the woodwork to once again darken my door! Is there anything else I need to do? My credit file is tidy being as though this all began 7 yet ago!!

Lesson learnt don't get into this position and also unfortunately as I learnt the hard way be a constant thorn in the IPs side if you think they aren't doing the job their being paid to do (by you)! I honestly believe they would have quite happily let the whole saga rumble on had I not threatened them with a solicitor!

Cheers to all who have responded to my questions over the final difficult year trying to get closure arranged especially foggy and Mel!

Well done Peteski ---- Just keep an eye on the credit file and check the Insolvency Register to make sure you drop off that too. This can take up to three months, although I have heard of it happening within days.

Onward and upward :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
